James Daley is the Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Consultant presently working with the WNSWLHD. James has had over 20 years of experience working within Palliative care and has presented at National and State Palliative Care Conference’s and has contributed to Australian and New Zealand Nursing Palliative Care Textbooks.

James is a strong advocate of community health promotion and has worked on number of very successful health promotional projects (The Cancer Journey: Assembling the Pieces, Dementia and Palliative Care: Professor Jane Tolman Tour, involving the collaboration of artists, consumers and health professionals, Living in Hope: Survivorship after Cancer Treatment) James is the Creative Lead Developer of the recently formed Trybal Productions: Arts and Health Promotion Network. This was formed in response to the development of a cd called Out of the Dark which James produced in collaboration with local Lithgow musicians and artists. The sales of this cd was donated to the Lithgow Information Neighbourhood Centres Mental health program.
